Optimization with noise constraints

Hi Nick,

I'm currently trying to optimize a layout, but I'm having some trouble with my noise constraints. It seems that openWind will place turbines in locations that violate the noise limit of a point in my Environmental Sensor layer. Once that happens, the optimization process stalls. Attempts to stop and re-start the optimizer lead to a dialog which reads: "It does not appear to be possible to create a legal layout for this configuration". Usually, I can move the offending turbine(s) around to create a legal layout, but if I try optimizing again, I'm bound to get the same problem in short order. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

I'm feeling a bit silly, because it seems my problem was fixed in one of the more recent releases. Optimization with noise constraints seems to be working fine (for me) in version 00.08.00.0468.  I'll be sure to use the most up-to-date release from now on.
