Well of course openWind is just a lot better

First off, WINDSIM and WAsP are windflow programmes and although openWind has a windflow model in it, we make no claims for our windflow model.

Windographer is for looking at time series information from meteorological masts - if anything openWind and Windographer complement each other.

WindFarm, WindFarmer and Wind Pro do similar things to openWind. I wrote openWind after having written the original WindFarmer programme and I feel I have learned from past mistakes but it really comes down to what you want in your wind farm design software. In general, openWind demands a little more of the user but offers more control in return.

Why not try them all and see which you like best?

I have used already most of that software,
I would like add several issue to advantage of OpenWind®, first of all, easy to use, in a minute you may have some result, secondly, it is open and robust compare to volume.
