Ubuntu issues in here please

Hello,

So far I am not aware of any Ubuntu users. If you are using openWind with any OS other than Microsoft Windows, please let me know what your experience is. I do very little testing under Linux so if you are using openWind under Linux on a regular basis, please let me know how you get on.

Feel free to post any issues relating to openWind under Ubuntu or other flavours of Linux in this forum.

Great work. Today I could compile OpenWIND in a debian sid 64 bits with no issues. We'll test a bit the software the next week and we'll track your project very close.

thank you your work! Really usefull!

I'm running install binary on Ubuntu 8.10

1 - the 32bit download give me this file: openWind64.tar.gz ... is this 64's file right for my architecture?

2 - this is the shell error I've got running the binary file:

 sudo '/home/geo-lord/Scrivania/openWind64'
/home/geo-lord/Scrivania/openWind64: 1: Syntax error: ")" unexpected

any suggestions?

Please try downloading again. I had uploaded the 64 bit version twice by mistake.

Now it works!!
