New Version

Fixed WRB import to improve compatibility with Meteodyn WT export.

Added ".INI" file for use of proxy servers (benefits Enterprise users only just now).

Altered mean power density and mean wind speed functions to be the weighted average of each directional quantity. Old method took the weighted average of the directional A and K and computed the mean wind speed and power density from them. Effects minimal in terms of energy calculations but some display rasters will be affected. Methods may appear to be equivalent but new method is slightly superior.
